You agree that you will not upload, save, store, or share any content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, harmful, malicious, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise violates the copyrights or any rights of any third party. If found, unlawful contents must be reported to us immediately for removal by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Our repeat-infringer policy is to ban the user and remove all of their content from our platform.
7.2. Copyright and Ownership Requirements
By uploading or saving any content through the My Blocks feature, you represent and warrant that:
- You own all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to use and upload the content.
- The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, patent, privacy right, publicity right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party.
- The content does not include copyrighted material unless you have full legal permission to use, reproduce, store, and upload such material.

7.5. My Block Slot Limits
The number of available My Blocks slots depends on your current subscription plan.
Each plan may include a different number of available saved block slots. These limits may vary between free, paid, trial, promotional, legacy, or Pro plans.
The number of slots available to your account may be reviewed when you create your account, subscribe to a Pro plan, renew your subscription, change plans, downgrade, upgrade, cancel, or otherwise modify your subscription.
We reserve the right to change, limit, increase, reduce, or restructure the number of available My Blocks slots at any time, including as part of pricing changes, product updates, plan revisions, or feature adjustments.
7.6. Downgrades, Cancellations, and Free Plans
If a Pro user downgrades to a free plan, cancels a paid subscription, fails to renew a subscription, loses access to a paid plan, or otherwise becomes ineligible for the previous number of My Blocks slots, their saved content may exceed the new account limit.
In such cases, we may remove, delete, restrict, hide, disable, or make unavailable some or all saved My Blocks content without prior notice.
This may include permanent deletion of saved blocks, layouts, templates, media, or related data.
Users are responsible for exporting, copying, or backing up any saved content before downgrading, cancelling, or allowing a subscription to expire.
7.7. Storage, Availability, and Data Loss
The My Blocks feature is provided as a convenience feature and should not be treated as a permanent storage, backup, archival, or file hosting service.
We do not guarantee that uploaded or saved content will always remain available, intact, compatible, or recoverable.
Content may become unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, system updates, security events, subscription changes, plan limitations, user action, feature changes, or other operational reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, corruption, deletion, modification, or unavailability of saved My Blocks content.

Suspension or termination may result in the loss or deletion of saved My Blocks content.
8. Feature Changes and Discontinuation
We may modify, update, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue any feature at any time. We are not liable for any impact these changes may have on your saved content, workflow, account, or subscription.
9. Subscriptions
To access the paid subscriptions, you must purchase a subscription.
Subscription prices are shown at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees displayed when you make your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Depending on your selected plan, billing frequency may change. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the initial payment and each renewal payment.
10. Price Changes
We may update subscription prices from time to time. If you have an active subscription, you will not be affected by the change in price and will keep paying the same price until your subscription is cancelled. After that, if you choose to subscribe again, you will only be able to subscribe by paying the new prices.
11. Payment Processors
Payments are currently processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s applicable payment terms, which you can find them here: https://stripe.com/.
We do not store your complete card details on our own servers.
In the near future, Paddle (Paddle.com) will replace Stripe as our payment processor, acting as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When this migration is complete, Paddle will be responsible for collecting payment, remitting taxes, and issuing invoices, and new invoices will be listed as Paddle.NET* on bank statements. When migration is complete, by completing a purchase, you’ll also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.
12. Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
After cancellation:
- Your paid subscription access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Your account is then downgraded to the Free Tier.
- You may keep using websites or end products you already created with the paid subscription content.
- You may no longer access, download, or use paid subscription content for new work after your paid subscription access ends.
13. Refunds
Paid subscription fees are generally not refundable. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the transaction and are reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. A request made within 14 days does not guarantee a refund; Paddle may approve a full or partial refund or decline it, subject to applicable law.
As for the digital content delivered before the refund request, the consumer’s right of withdrawal may be lost once downloading, accessing, using, or otherwise benefiting from the product has begun, where permitted by applicable law and where consent to immediate delivery was given. Mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed products are not affected.
If a refund is approved:
- The license for the refunded purchase is revoked immediately;
- You must stop using the service and delete all copies in your possession;
To request a refund, use the refund-support process provided by Paddle or contact [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction. Paddle remains responsible for reviewing and processing the refund. As Paddle is our Merchant of Record, some refunds may be handled directly by Paddle in accordance with their buyer protection policies.
No refund will be provided if your account is terminated because you breached the Terms of Use, License or any other terms of service. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected].
14. Ending or Suspending Accounts
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe it is appropriate. This includes situations where you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time if you wish to end your account. Once your access ends, your right to use the service ends immediately.

16. Emails
When you create an account, you agree to receive service-related emails. These may include account confirmations, billing emails, receipts, subscription notices, and important updates. We may also send marketing emails about new features, products, content, or offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
You will still receive essential account and transactional emails even if you opt out of marketing messages.

We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, security, products, or practices. You access third-party websites and services at your own risk. We recommend reading their terms and privacy policies before using them.
18. Liability Limits

This includes loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, loss of privacy, personal injury, or losses connected with your use of, or inability to use, the service. These limits apply even if we were told such damages might occur.

21. Disputes
If you have a concern or dispute about the service, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve the issue informally.
22. EU Consumer Rights
If you are an EU consumer, you may have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights. For digital content subscriptions, EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right after purchase, provided no Pro content has been accessed or downloaded. We log every access and download so we can prove wether any content has been accessed or downloaded.
If you access or download any paid subscription content during that 14-day period, you acknowledge that you give up the right to withdraw and refund.
