• You may not download, copy, or re-access paid resources unless your subscription becomes active again.
• Your account may be limited to the free resources available at that time.

What You Are Not Allowed

The materials provided through the platform are intended to help you create finished website projects. They are not intended to be redistributed, resold, copied into another library, or offered as a competing product.

You may not:

• Sell, license, distribute, sublicense, share, or give away any platform resource as a standalone file, template, component, section, layout, pack, library, or downloadable asset.
• Repackage, rename, modify, or slightly alter our materials in order to sell or distribute them as your own product.
• Create a competing template library, component library, design system, marketplace, SaaS product, membership platform, or digital product using our materials.
• Share your account, login credentials, license access, or downloaded resources with another person or team.
• Make our materials available to third parties through file sharing, private groups, public repositories, cloud folders, marketplaces, or any other distribution method.
• Claim authorship or ownership over our original templates, components, copy, designs, screenshots, layouts, or other creative assets.
• Use our website visuals, screenshots, wording, branding, or design presentation to promote another product, service, brand, or platform.
• Use scraping tools, bots, automated downloads, scripts, crawlers, or similar methods to extract, copy, collect, or duplicate platform content.
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions, access controls, account limits, technical protections, or any system designed to protect paid content.

Any unauthorized copying, publication, resale, sharing, or redistribution of our materials may result in immediate loss of access, cancellation of your license and legal action.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content made available through the platform remain our intellectual property or the intellectual property of our licensors. This license gives you permission to use the materials in specific ways. It does not sell, assign, or transfer any copyright, trademark, ownership interest, or other intellectual property right to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the materials stays within the scope of this license. Custom Work and Modified Versions

Subscription, Billing, and Access

Active Subscription Requirement

Access to paid resources requires an active subscription. Subscriptions will be billed according to the billing cycle shown at checkout. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions will renew automatically based on the plan selected. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules may be described separately in our Terms of Service, which form part of your agreement with us.

Account Responsibility

Your account is for your own individual use. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that happens through your account. Allowing another person to use your account, sharing your credentials, or giving unauthorized access to platform content is a violation of this license.

Changes to Available Content

We may update, replace, remove, reorganize, or reclassify platform content at any time. This may include moving resources between free and paid access levels, discontinuing certain materials, or adding new resources. When a significant change affects access to important content, we may make reasonable efforts to notify users, but we are not required to keep any specific resource available permanently.

License Termination

Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms. If a breach occurs, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Take legal action to protect our rights and recover damages.

If your license is terminated because of misuse or violation of these terms, you must immediately stop using our materials in any unfinished or ongoing project. Websites that were already completed and delivered before termination may remain in place, but you may not continue using our content for new work, future updates, or additional client projects.

No Warranty

All materials are provided as they are, without guarantees of any kind. We do not promise that any of our contents offered will work perfectly with every theme, plugin, builder version, hosting environment, browser, integration, technical setup or other. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, adapting, and validating all materials before publishing or delivering a website project.
