Elements Rocket is the data controller for the personal data described here. Where a third-party provider also decides how to use the data for its own purposes, that provider acts as an independent or joint controller.
This policy is written to meet the requirements of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law 13.709/2018), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA), and other applicable US state privacy laws.

What pixels are and what data they collect
A pixel (or tag) is a small piece of code on a web page that sends information about your visit to us and to the provider of that code. Pixels usually work together with cookies or local storage on your device.
Depending on your consent choices, pixels may collect:
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen size, language and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Online identifiers: cookie IDs, advertising IDs and click IDs (for example,
fbclid,gclid,twclid,rdt_cid). - Usage and interaction data: pages visited, referring URL, time on page, clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, taps and form interactions (session replay and heatmaps).
- Conversion events: actions such as starting a sign-up, submitting a form or completing a registration.
- Hashed contact data (only where enabled and permitted): email address or phone number converted into an irreversible code (hash) before it is sent, used to match conversions with advertising platforms.
We configure our tools to mask passwords, payment data and other fields containing sensitive information so they are not captured. We do not use pixels to collect sensitive personal data as defined by LGPD Art. 5, II or GDPR Art. 9.
Third-party pixels we use
We use the five providers below. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.

Contentsquare acts as our processor and uses the data only on our instructions.

Your choices: consent and opting out
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject cookies/pixels. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and no optional pixel fires before you choose. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the right bottom corner of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor GPC browser signals as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
