If you are contacting us regarding issues, the more context you share upfront, the quicker and better we can help you. Here’s what’s super important for us to know:
What’s going on: Briefly describe what you were trying to do and what went wrong instead.
A link to the page: Share a live or staging URL we can open and look at directly.
Visuals: A screenshot or screen recording goes a loooong way.
How to reproduce it: Walk us through the steps that trigger the issue.
WordPress & Elementor versions: Handy if the problem might be a compatibility thing.
Ideally: Temporary WordPress credentials (you may create a temporary login with the username “[email protected]” and a password of your choice. This is neeses in case the root cause cannot be identified from the outside and we need to login to take a closer look.
The more of this you include, the less we’ll need to go back and forth.
